A: Dezire Fashionz had imported from many manufacturers before and had managed to source for the best quality out of the many manufacturers. What you get, will be definitely worthy of what you are paying for.

Stock Availablility

Dezire Fashion operates in 2 kind of models- preorder and instock.

Preorders will need a waiting period of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the manufacturer speed. For instocks, we will send them out within 2 working days upon receiving full payment.

Due to overwhelming orders every day, goods are only considered reserved once payment is confirmed by us. Thank you.

 Q: How Often Does Dezire Fashion Update New Designs/Colors?
A: We update new designs/colors every week. Please log in frequently to check for new designs.

Q: Which are the instocks and which items are preorders?
A: Our categories are mainly divided into preorder apparels, bags or instock apparels, bags. All our instock apparels code number starts with DXXX. While preorders are mainly RJXXX, EXXX, COXXX and so on.

Q: How Long Do I Have To Wait For Items Which Are Preorder?
A: The estimated waiting period differs according to the manufacturers. It is stated at the preorder section on the estimated waiting time. Normally it should take around 2 to 4 wks to arrive in sg provided there is no delay over the shipment side.

Q: How Long Do I Have To Wait For Items Which Are Instocks?
A: You should be able to receive them within 2 to 3 workings days upon receiving our payment confirmation email.

Local Delivery

Local delivery rate is calculated based on total parcel weight via Singpost's postage system.  Our local delivery modes are Registered Mail Delivery and Local Courier Delivery
 

Registered Mail Delivery (Singapore)

Goods will be delivered via Singpost's registered mail system and takes approximately 2 - 3 working days. Article tracking no. will be provided and each package is limited to a maximum of 2KG. Delivery to doorsteps.

Registered Mail Rates
Additional fee of SGD $2.24 on top of normal postage fee per package.

 

Self Collection (Singapore)

Customers may choose to perform self collection. Venue will be from Yishun ave 6 BLK 283. Please kindly arrange timing with ashley at 90028891 before at least 1 to 2 days before collection date.

 

Local Courier Delivery (Singapore)

Local Courier Service is made available to urgent delivery or orders exceeding a total weight of 2KG. Charges range between SGD $10.00 - SGD $30.00 depending on location, urgency and mass of package.

 

Worldwide Delivery

Our worldwide delivery services have been extended to more than 221 countries globally.  An unique shipment tracking number will be provided upon delivery of parcel(s). Available overseas delivery modes are EMS Delivery and Air Parcel Delivery.

 

FREE SAVER Delivery (Singapore)

Enjoy free local delivery for wholesale orders of SGD$ 200.00 & above in a single receipt.
- Delivered via Singpost Registered Mail or Dezire Fashionz Delivery Service.
- Article Tracking Number will be provided.


 Payment Modes & Policy

All payment must be made in full within 5 days from date of invoice. In the event where an invoice exceeds its 5 days policy, it will be removed from our system automatically.

Credit / Debit Card Payment Via PayPal

Affordably accepting credit / debit card payment (Visa, Master, AmericanExpress or Discover), online shopping couldnt be any easier. Paypal service charge will be absorbed by us, thus no additional cost:)

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Exchange Policy

An exchange or return can be requested if:

1) Merchandise is defective upon delivery.
2) Merchandise does not match the size or color of the ordered item.

*Exchange request must be made within 10 days from the date of delivery of product done. Otherwise exchange will not be accepted.

Refunds Policy

A full refund will only be possible if ordered products are Out of Stock after payment is made in full.

 Q: Can I Exchange Apparels Which Does Not Fit My Size?
A: All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page. We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels which do not fit customer's size.
